I designed the system for Zap around making crypto payments invisible to businesses. Starting with a competitive audit, I mapped friction points where blockchain complexity leaked into business workflows and rebuilt the flow to simplify wallets, gas fees, and network selection. I created a modern and utilitarian brand identity with prototypes in Figma that prioritize clarity over aesthetics, designing for treasury teams and CFOs rather than crypto enthusiasts. The result is a concept that treats blockchain as infrastructure, blending systems thinking with enterprise-grade reliability and the approachability businesses expect from modern fintech.
