Takeaways
Taking part in the creation of a full product experience, from the custom packaging to the bracelets themselves, I learned the importance of attention to detail. Each step of the user journey must feel natural and intuitive in order for your technology to have a "magical" effect, and this requires a disciplined approach towards problem-solving.
