My role at Duolingo combined production management with a design-driven mindset. I coordinated across design, engineering, and fabrication teams to ensure activations and prototypes matched the intended user experience. This included managing logistics and fulfillment, working directly in the machine shop and with vendors to build physical components, and supporting the design team by refining interaction details and ensuring visual quality carried through to final builds. By balancing organization with hands-on making, I helped Duolingo ship projects that felt polished, usable, and true to the brand.
